Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website. Using this website indicates that you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, do not use this Site.

We may change our terms and conditions from time to time so you should review them regularly.

DahabHolidays.com is a booking agent for hotels and apartments in Dahab and has it's own office and Lagoon Villa apartments in the Medina. All of the accommodation shown on the site has been selected for good value for money and facilities.

Dahab Holidays is not responsible for services/ facilities supplied by the accommodations provider, and acts solely as a booking agent. Any complaints/ loss of facilities are the responsibility of the property owner/ manager and should be directed to them.

Bookings

Bookings are subject to availability at the respective hotel or apartments, and will be confirmed with a voucher.

Safe payment of deposits with credit card or bank transfer

When you receive the booking confirmation, some properties require full payment, whereas others will require a deposit of up to 30%. Final payment can requested upto four weeks before your holiday, although some owners take the final payment upon arrival..

The deposit can be sent through paypal or bank transfer to an UK or Egyptian bank account. Credit card transactions are safe payments thanks to PayPal.com. The remaining balance must be paid to the hotel reception or apartment owner on arrival.

Please note - the balance is due in cash in most properties. Only the Swiss Inn, Inmo Divers home and Mercure Bay View hotel have a credit card machine. The Swiss Inn requires the payment in Euro's.

Last minute bookings?

No problem! We will answer your request as soon as possible confirming availability. For last minute bookings a fast payment via paypal is required to ensure your booking confirmation without any delays.

Cancellations

In the case of cancellation, the advance deposit for the reservation will not be returned. Cancellations made four weeks prior to arrival will be paid at full price.

Check in and out times

Hotel and apartment check in is from 2pm on the date of arrival. If you do not arrive on that day the hotel or apartment has the right to cancel your reservation for the remaining days. If you know you will arrive later than midnight or your flight is delayed please let us know so we can inform the hotel or apartment to keep your room.

Check out time is 12 noon on the day of departure. If you wish to keep your room or apartment longer this is subject to availability and there is an extra charge (up to an extra nights stay).

Additional charges

Included on your booking invoice is your accommodation, the specified board basis as per the website and any additional services such as dive/kite/windsurf packages or transfers if booked.

Please note that half board does not include any drinks including water. Any extra's such as meals, room service or drinks purchased locally must be settled directly with the hotel reception prior to check out.

Inappropriate behavior

The hotel or apartment has the right to refuse entry to the accommodation if the management is led to believe that the guest is threatening, disturbing or otherwise behaving in an unacceptable manner.

Damages

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage of property that they directly cause. This does not include general wear and tear.

Overbooking's

Whilst every attempt is made to ensure your booking is confirmed properties in Egypt retain the right to move a booking to a similar or better hotel in the same area due to overbooking's or severe maintenance problems in the room.
